Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive. If you wish to cancel or change an order you have placed with Crafty Gifts Online you must contact us before the item(s) have been dispatched and if possible within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period, Email: email@example.com.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Crafty Gifts Online of your cancellation to return the goods.

The following items are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty:
Personalised items that are specially made, with your choice of name, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.
– how to return or exchange a product
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return or exchange an item, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps us to improve our products.
You must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods. Crafty Gifts Online will pay for the return of the items if they are found to be faulty. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
Crafty Gifts Online will process a refund of your order payment directly to your used payment method within 7 days at the very latest, of us receiving the items.
